THE FRESHWATER SEA KAYAK ADVENTURE OF A LIFETIME! Explore one of the largest stretches of wilderness coastline in the world on this guided sea kayak trip. This summer-long tour ties together all of our classic week-long wilderness trips and adds a few new ones to trace the entire Canadian shore of Lake Superior. Join us for one week, two weeks, a month or the entire seven-week-long trip. The choice is yours; the ultimate wilderness experience is always the same. Price per day decreases with the length of the trip and we handle all the logistics.
Each segment of the journey has its own appeal with the usual Lake Superior standbys. Whether you're rock hounding for agates on the Sibley to Rossport trip, re-living the Voyageur experience in Lake Superior Provincial Park or reveling in the remote wilderness of Pukaskwa National Park, you'll be sure to enjoy great camaraderie, as well as the leadership, interpretive skills and camp cuisine of our guides.
How it Works
The Lake Superior Sea Kayak Pageant came from the question "why don't we combine all of our wilderness trips to cover the entire North Shore?" In the spirit of Naturally Superior Adventures' wilderness trips, this adventure doesn't bite off more than it can chew. We've allotted plenty of time to cover the distance, explore the Lake Superior coastline and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow paddlers. There's no pressure to paddle the entire route or "go the distance". We created this trip with the expectation that a few paddlers may sign up to paddle the entire route while the vast majority will choose one, two or three-week-long segments. As such, we expect a new group to be joining each segment of the journey, and hope to foster a sense of camaraderie among participants.
Whether you paddle one section or them all, this truly is a unique experience.

Aug 4-11: Michipicoten River to Montreal River
Aug 11-18: Montreal River to Sault Ste Marie
