Step aboard the Ontario Northland Northlander and ride the rails to South River. We'll pick you up at the station in South River and shuttle you to our Northern Edge Algonquin Ecology Lodge for the afternoon orientation, dinner, and a campfire gathering with your guide, before setting in for a comfortable overnight at Algonquin Park's edge.
In the morning, enjoy a buffet breakfast before packing up for a three-day/two-night guided canoe adventure in Algonquin Park. Discover the magic of a dawn paddle in quest for moose, beavers and otters, or gather around the campfire and share in the mystery and spine-tingling excitement of an Algonquin Park Wolf Howl.
After a few days of Adventure, return to the ecolodge for a warm shower and dinner while reflecting on your getaway in the lakeside gazebo. After a brunch in the morning, we'll take you back to the train station to board the Northlander for the return journey to Toronto.
